How to subscribe?

Steps to Subscribe to Muzzy

1. Choose a language to study (the "course language").

   The language to study is selected by clicking on one of the cards at the bottom of the homepage.

   

2. Then, on the page of the chosen language, select one of the available plans.

   (Note that the available options may not match those in the image below.)

   

3. Next, you can configure additional options for the subscription or accept the pre-configured ones.

   Subscriptions include access to the course for two users (a "primary" user and a "dependent"). You can add up to 9 dependent users. Adding additional users increases the cost of the subscription and is reflected in the price that appears at the top left of this configuration panel.

   Subscriptions include one course language and one "tutor" language. Adding additional languages increases the cost of the subscription and is reflected in the price that appears at the top left of this configuration panel.

   The "tutor" language determines the language of the help texts, video subtitles, etc. in the course. The "tutor" can be easily changed in the course, at no additional cost. 

   

4. Once the subscription options are configured, you move to the identification panel.

   If you are already a subscriber, you should identify yourself by providing your credentials under "Returning Customer", to go to your Billing Account where you can manage your account details.

   If it is your first time subscribing, you will need to create your Billing Account under "New Customer", following the instructions provided.

   Ensure you do not use an insecure password. A password is insecure when it is the same as one you have used on other sites or services, when it is short—ten or more characters is recommended—or when it is trivial.

5. Once the Billing Account is created, the system will process the data, collect the first payment and transfer you to the Muzzy Club site where you will configure the details of the users who will use the course. 

   On the Muzzy club site, you will provide the credentials for your primary user. This is not the same user as the Billing Account user you just created. Although you can use the same credentials as those of your Billing Account, you should at least use different password. 

   You will also create the credentials for your dependent users. They need to be assigned a name ("avatar") and, if you consider it necessary, a password.

6. Once the creation of course users is completed, you will be transferred to the Muzzy homepage and, with primary user credentials, you will be able to access the content.
